Sussex based designer Cheryl says "It was due to the love of my cross terrier coco that I decided to launch a handmade Dog accessory business which was originally named WagnBone. This took off when I moved to West Sussex and I met my seamstress who kindly agreed to help me create some sample products. Unfortunately lack of time due to my singing work and new home work prevented me from moving forward.
When lockdown emerged this allowed me to relaunch my brand and I renamed my company to Take My Lead. I started designing my own fabrics including the black silhouette dog breed and all the dogs printed on my homeware series. I love working on the designs, I even learnt to sew during lockdown."
