We pride ourselves in the high level of personal service we provide alongside our automated online ordering process. We will contact you personally via email once your order has been placed so that you have a point of contact should you have any questions regarding your order.
How much does postage cost?
Postage is priced differently per designer. They mainly use standard Royal Mail postage rates and these are determined by the size of the package i.e. large letter, small parcel etc.
The postage charges are shown when you check out.. They will be different depending on where the items are being shipped to and how many items are being sent. The postage costs for any order will display in your basket before you confirm your payment so you can see how much they cost in total. Postage costs are set by the individual designer so if there is anything unusual or unexpected here, please contact us.
How soon are products dispatched?
We aim to send out products within 24 hours of purchase. In most cases they will be dispatched on the same day that the order is received.
How will I know that you have received my order OK?
Although this is a fully automated online store we also contact each customer personally via email once the order has been received. This is to give you peace of mind and to ensure you have a point of contact should you have any questions about your order.
How are items dispatched?
As soon as your order is placed and paid for we automatically contact the designer(s) who will dispatch your items. Each designer is responsible for sending their own products so if you order from more than one designer you will receive your items separately.
When will I receive my order?
Products are normally sent the same working day. The time of delivery will vary depending on whether you have selected first or second class delivery, the designer you have chosen and country you have ordered from. If you have a direct query about where your item is please do not hesitate to contact us and we will look straight into this.
Can I buy more than one thing at once from more than one designer?
Yes, add as many items, from as many different ranges as you wish. You may edit the quantity of items, or remove items by reviewing your basket. Once you have gone to the check out your shipping cost will be calculated (see more details on shipping below).
How do I pay for my item(s)?
In Your Dog House Gifts accepts credit/ debit card payments and PayPal.
I can’t pay for my items/ place my order?
If you cannot continue the payment with PayPal please go back to the checkout and use the credit/debit option. If no payment options are being taken this is a technical glitch, please report it to us immediately using the “contact ” tab – the issue will usually be resolved within 24 hours.
I do not live in the UK, can I still purchase through In Your Dog House Gifts?
Yes our designers ship internationally. We support a range of designers on the site, and the shipping costs vary for different designers.
How can I return my item(s)?
The return address is provided on the delivery note. The item(s) you are returning must be returned to the designer who sent you your items. If you are returning several items from different designers please use the returns form, which you can find in the menu at the bottom of the homepage. There should not be a mix up however in the case that this does occur please use the “contact ” tab. Please note if goods are not returned to the designer a refund cannot be offered.
