PROCESSING & FULFILLING ORDERS
1. Dispatch of goods
How are good dispatched once an order has been placed? - Once you as the supplier shipped the order to the customer, you will send IYDHG a tracking number. We will then send this to the customer to indicate that their order has been shipped.
2. Cancellations, refunds & returns
How do customers return goods? If a customer needs to return an item, a form will be available on IYDHG with basic information of the order number & the item. IYDHG will then decide if the customer should send it back to the supplier or to them. In case of refunding an item, IYDHG will refund the customer and the supplier will refund IYDHG.
